Store the Yoga Wheatbag in a plastic bag in the freezer. That way it's always ready to use. We recommend using
two Yogas so you can easily use another one while the first one you used is busy getting frozen again. The wheat
grains freeze individually so your Yoga Wheatbag is always soft and pliable.
If warmth is required, heat for 10-20 seconds in the microwave. Use the highest setting on your microwave.
Test the temperature on the skin of your forearm prior to placing it on your eyes.
